TWIN Box cuticle scissors, stamped, satin-finish, stainless 90mm

TWIN Box products are made from matt-finished stainless steel with black fibreglass-reinforced synthetic handles.

Manufacturing sequence:

This cuticle scissor has a fine and thin tip with slim blade.  The scissors' blades are stamped from stainless steel and curved along the closing area.  This is is where they receive their distinctive blade shape.  After grinding the outside and inside - allowing for crescent, twist and turn - the synthetic eye rings are injected.  The edges of lower and upper scissor blades are sharpened and together with synthetic bearing bush and steel screw assembled to create a pair of TWIN Box scissors.  Subequently the scissors are straightened, aligned (lower and upper blade must sit perfectly on top of each other) and the closing action adjusted with the screw.  The final checkis the cutting on special fabrics.  TWIN Box scissors are adjustable.
