Knife Sticking 17cm

Blade: High quality molybdenum vanadium stainless steel.  Handle: Made of two types of materials separately injected.  The inner core is made of thermoplastic, which bonds to the blade tang.  The outer shelf is made from Elastomer (Rubber) that gives the knife a very tactile feel, good slip resistance and hand adherance.

The "COLOUR-PROF" knives come with six clips so that the customer can choose one of them and attach it to the handle depending on the food type to be prepared.
