Slicer multi grater mandolin

A chef’s mandolin for the home ! Provided with a set of reversible blades for cutting, grating, thinly slicing, cutting out. Ideal for potato chips and waffled patatoes. The cutting thickness may be adjusted at will with a thumb wheel. The push-button and the handle offer comfort and safety. Adapted to all the salad bowls of the Mastrad range, it is also used on a base provided with non-slip pads.

Stainless Steel blades.  High-resistant ABS body.  Dishwasher safe.  Folding, non-slip feet.  Handle and push button for convenience and safety.  7 blades for 7 operations:  SINGLE FLAT BLADE (for slicing, chip cutter, cutter for julienne vegetables), CORRUGATED BLADE (for slicing in a ridged or embossed fashion), GRATER (2.5mm diameter holes), GRATER (6mm diameter holes), GRATER FOR PARMESAN CHEESE AND CHOCOLATE.

Thickness adjustable between 3mm and 7mm.  Complete handling instructions enclosed.
